Sylvia Lindgren

Shuswap

Experienced leadership for Shuswap.

Sylvia, a city councillor in Salmon Arm who has built a career in education and healthcare, wants to be part of John Horgan’s BC NDP team. In addition to her work serving British Columbians of all ages, she was a strong workplace and safety advocate for her fellow employees as a local CUPE president.

Sylvia would like to bring the same leadership she has shown on city council to the provincial government, especially on environmental and social issues, which are her passion. Sylvia has raised three children in the Shuswap and believes strongly in providing leadership for all, not just the wealthy and the well-connected.

Sylvia wants to get to work supporting the people of Shuswap and being part of John Horgan’s BC NDP government that is building an economic recovery that benefits everyone.
